Technical commercial officer

As technical commercial officer, you will provide support for the sales and production process of Brikbikes. You coordinate the planning and follow-up of operational activities in the field of sales, production of our Brikbikes bicycles and parts. You also coordinate the supply and follow-up of our repair and after-sales services. You will work closely together with your colleagues in the office and in the workshop.

Your tasks:

You give follow up on the requests, wishes and requirements of various customers
You give advice on our products, available specifications and our services
You take care of production planning and its preparation so that the planned bikes, parts and also service can be produced and delivered.
You are contact person for the production partners of Brikbikes (Frames, Powdercoats, other suppliers) in terms of product and part planning.
You are contact person for our customers and dealers and support them with questions and requests.
You actively contribute to manage all product specifications. You also make proposals for the improvement and extension of parts in terms of specifications and quality.
You also play a role in expanding and supporting our dealer network.

Your profile:

You have an MBO/ HBO working and thinking level; obtained through education or work experience in a similar economic or technical background. You are flexible, independent and work accurately; You have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing. You like bicycles and want to contribute to the growth and ambitions of Brikbikes as part of a small team. You will also get every opportunity to develop yourself further.
