I want to see the Brikbikes first and try it out. Is this possible?

Together with our dealers, we want to make our Brik bikes available for a test run, technical questions and service. On the dealer page, you will find the nearest dealer in and outside of the Netherlands.

It is also possible to visit Brikbikes Factory

At the Brikbikes factory in Elst we have the complete collection of Brikbikes on display. We support our dealers on this location for testrides, information on configuration en specific requests.

The Brikbikes Factory is also open for consumers. We can show you all our possibilities and support you with the configuration of your Brikbike.

What frame size do I need?

For the right frame size you can follow these general guidelines:

  • Persons taller than 1.63m (5.35ft) need a 56 frame.
  • Persons taller than 1.66m (5.45ft) need a 59 frame.
  • Persons taller than 1.90m (6.23ft) should choose a 65 frame.

I ordered a Brikbike. What is the delivery time?

When your order has been confirmed the proces will start. Your Brikbike frame and parts will first be powder coated and after that we assemble your ordered specification. Your Brikbike is a ”built to order” bicycle and that is why the delivery is planned based on your order. The average delivery time is between 8 and 10 weeks.

When the Brikbikes is finished, we will take it for a test drive to check the bike one last time and then we send the bike to the specified address (this can also be a dealer). Depending on the address (the Netherlands or abroad) this will take about 1 to 5 working days.

Do you ship abroad too?

Definitely! We ship to the whole of Europe for a fixed fee. Outside Europe shipment is on request. If the shipping address is outside of Europe, please contact us for the up to date shipping rate.

How do you ship the Brikbikes?

Alle Brikbikes are delivered ready to ride. You only have to put on the pedals and you can go. For delivery in The Netherlands and Belgium we deliver the bicycle in person.

For International shipment we pack the Brikbikes in a special Brikbikes transportation box. The Brikbikes is ready to ride and you only have to put on the pedals and the frontwheel. An instruction is delivered for this easy last task.

See also our instruction video’s.

Normally it takes not long before you can start driving you Brikbikes.
