Brikbikes vacancy: Senior Bicycle Mechanic

As a Senior Bicycle Mechanic at Brikbikes, you will be responsible for the final assembly and quality control of all our customer bikes. You will also manage and execute our maintenance and service offering of Brikbikes. You will be the technical teacher within our company and will give substance to the staffing and further development of the production team. Furthermore, you support our dealers in technical issues and contribute to the knowledge development and promotion of our drive systems, such as the shaft drive, the belt drive, the Pendix eDrive and the shaft eDrive. You will also actively contribute to the improvement and further development of our products.

Your tasks:

Taking care of the final assembly and quality control of all our customer bicycles with the aim that all bicycles delivered meet the quality requirements.
Setting up and organising an appropriate service and maintenance offer for our products so that customers can obtain the required service and maintenance both from the dealer and directly.
Supporting dealers in technical issues and resolving maintenance and repair issues of our models.
Coordinating and settling warranty and product issues
Collecting, activating and transferring the necessary knowledge in order to improve service and maintenance on our bicycles at our dealers and in our own workshop. Providing training and 1-to-1 support is also part of this.
Developing the necessary knowledge and expertise to actively support, service and promote our unique drives such as the shaft drive, belt drive, Pendix eDrive and cardan eDrive.
Actively contribute to improvements and further development of our products.

Your profile:

You have experience in bicycle assembly and service obtained through education and work experience. You are flexible, independent and work accurately; You have an affinity with bicycles and enjoy contributing to the growth and ambitions of Brikbikes as part of a small team. You will also be given every opportunity to develop yourself further.
